Welcome to Buckeye Country Boers.  Owned and operated by myself and my wife.

We are located in South Point, Ohio which is the southern most point of Ohio and is appoximately a 10 minute drive from Ashland, KY or Huntington, WV.   

We began raising goats in the summer of 2004.  We started with some brush goats (for practice) and then quickly moved into the fullblooded boer goats.  Our goal is to raise quality animals for breeding replacement stock and 4-H projects. 

_____________________________________________ Our newest purchase, "MVP 4 A Good Time" is a fast growing solid red buck out of RRD HammerTime and WBG 34 (A Meatloaf daughter).  His average daily gain was .70lbs/day when we bought him.  A big thanks to Cindy Price-Westfall for selling him to us.  We will use him to focus on nontraditionals.  We are expecting great quality and colored goats out of this cross with our nontraditional does out of our current herdsire Dozer.

Some of our bloodlines include enobled animals such as EGGSFILE, TOP GUN NO. 2, EGGSPENSIVE, DSM CLOUD DANCING, NZURI, BIGUN, REMINGTON, RRD M151, and MEATLOAF.
